The staff at this hotel were unbelievably friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even gave us a lift to the port for free! The breathtaking views of the lake and landscape from both the common areas and the rooms were absolutely stunning. We also loved the fact that the hotel had private lake access, allowing us to enjoy the beautiful surroundings to the fullest.
One thing to keep in mind is that the beds were quite small and short for tall men, so if you're over 6.3 ft, you might want to request a double bed for yourself. while the location was amazing, it was a bit inconvenient to get around without a car, as it was a 30-minute bus ride to the surrounding areas and activities.

Very friendly staff, 110% worried about giving an excellent time to the pax. All requests solved immediately, and trying to go the extra mile at every corner of the service. Location is exceptional and they now how to make it count. Views are magnificent.
They can improve the live TV service.

This hotel truly exceeded our expectations in every way. The attention to detail and the personalized service provided by the staff made us feel like VIPs. The location is perfect for those seeking a quieter spot to enjoy the amazing view of the lake. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, and the breakfast was the best we had in South America.

The staff is incredible! The hotel is beautiful and the food is great. We opted to stay in for dinner every night because it was so comfortable. Rooms are clean and great views
Had a room with twin beds and the beds were so small and were on wooden frames that made so much noise if you even rolled over.

Nestled in a tranquil and wooded area on the lakeside with incredible mountainous views, the hotel provides an excellent retreat for those seeking a serene atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle of the backpacker hostel, filled town. the restaurant offers exquisite meals, including an out, of, this, world breakfast. the rooms are brilliantly designed with plenty of storage space, wifi, and good TV making the stay comfortable. the staff is friendly and helpful, offering local advice on the area's attractions.
The walls are pretty thin, and sometimes you can hear noise from other guests' room.
